I'm a doofus. Well, no, let me be more specific - I'm a slave to Virgin Megastore. Last night, after a lovely Chinese dinner with Kath, my brother and my mom and step-dad, and after seeing Page McConnell (of Phish and Vida Blue fame) hanging out in front of Irving Plaza a few hours before his gig, I went over to Virgin and bought the limited edition 2-CD set of "Ziggy Stardust", which I'd never owned, and "Touch of Evil" on DVD, which I've never seen. Why? Why do I do such stupid things? Especially since I've got tons of other things that I need to do?

I'm just lucky that I stopped there. I nearly bought all the XTC and Elvis Costello re-releases, too. I think I have a problem.
