1. So I am loving the hell out of "The Wind-Up Bird Chronicles". It's basically like stepping into a lucid dream. This is my 3rd Murakami book, and so far it's the best.

2. So, out of 4,285 songs in the "alternative" genre on, Good Evening's demo version of "Narcolepsy" is suddenly ranked at #104, up from somewhere in the 2000s just a few weeks ago. Still no drummer.

3. So tonight Kath and I are going to look at tuxedos - you know, for that wedding that's ONLY 4 MONTHS AWAY. This will be my 3rd official tuxedo-wearing event, and so I'm eschewing the traditional bowtie/cumberbund and going with something a little less... I don't know, stuffy. Something like what's on the left:
