1. So I've joined the GMAIL revolution. jervoNYC is the handle - unfortunatly, "jervo" is one character too short, which is weak. Trying to figure out what to do about Yahoo, though. Anyway. There it is. Feel free to use it.

2. I love technology. I was able to download A.C. Newman's "The Slow Wonder" onto my iPod in the same amount of time it took me to finish my tooth-cleaning regimen this morning.

3. Speaking of different events taking the same amount of time, "The Slow Wonder" - which is also a really good album, by the way - takes me from locking my apartment door to sitting down at my work desk, EXACTLY.

4. And speaking of downloading stuff off iTunes, last week they released a whole bunch of old Grateful Dead albums that have been newly remastered. Inspired by the finale of "Freaks and Geeks" (which Kath and I are now obsessed with), I downloaded American Beauty, which is amazing. (BTW - they've also rereleased a bunch of remastered Rush albums - including Presto, which wienerschnitzel and I used to listen to all the time back in 7th grade. "Show.... don't telll!")

I think that's it.

Speaking of oldies: out of the blue, my launchcast played Ned's Atomic Dustbin, 'Grey Cell Green' yesterday. Remember when we were going to get paint-splattered t-shirts to go with our sneakers with all the band names written on them? LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOSERS!
