We've got to get in to get out

Kath and I spent our Saturday painting the new apartment - the kitchen and dining room are now a very nice celery green, and the office is rhubarb-ish - and even now my entire body aches. Every muscle in my body is incredibly stiff and achy. Still, we had to get it done, and now we can worry about packing and cleaning. I'll tell you this - I already feel at home there, even with the place completely empty.

Not that we'll have a hard time filling it when we finally move - we've got too much furniture as it is right now and I don't really know what we're going to do with it. And yet, even though we currently have too much furniture, there's still a bunch of other furniture that we still need.

Regardless - look for a housewarming party in mid-August.
