Rattled by the rush

1. Today's album of the day is Pavement, "Wowee Zowee."

2. However, it SHOULD be Paul McCartney's new album, which is apparently NOT being released on iTunes, and which Mike got a hold of Monday night and revealed to be incredible - the best thing he's done since the Beatles, some say. First of all, Paul McCartney + Nigel Godrich = ridiculous. I've gotta give it up for Paul. Yes, he's possibly the biggest cheeseball of the 20th century, but I submit that nobody - NOBODY - wrote better melodies. He was easily the most versatile of the Beatles - he could write anything, and pull it off with effortless abandon. George might be the Beatle closest to my own way of thinking, but Paul is the one who got me into the Beatles when I was finally wise enough to appreciate what the Beatles were all about.

3. Had a very productive therapy session yesterday - finally, after months and many hundreds of dollars, the real work can begin. Learned a new meditation technique that apparently is the key towards my little problem. Now I just have to make sure I actually do it.

4. Hey, save some for the next few games, guys!

5. Some of you already pointed this out, but it's so good that I have to do it too: Best. Onion Headline. Ever.
