It's been an unbelievably busy week and I've been feeling sort of blah and un-posty. I've got a quick 10 minutes window with which to go nuts, so:

1. Good Evening had an almost-successful drummer audition this week; one guy flaked but another guy, who'd gotten in touch with us on Sunday, showed up on Wednesday and even sorta knew what he was doing, even though he clearly didn't have enough time to prepare. It was promising enough, however, that we'll be giving him a second look.

2. Speaking of Good Evening, we've got YET ANOTHER show next Wednedsay at Sin-E.

3. Kath has been in California this week for work; the London terrorist thing hasn't made me feel any better about her being gone, either. I'm hoping she comes home safe and sound via bicycle.

4. I'm pretty much full of hate towards Pitchfork these days, and yet without them I wouldn't have bothered to buy Mew.

I can't even come up with 5 lousy things to say, dammit.
