1. Bitching about work! More filing insanity today, except today it's all in Italian. Today is one of those days where I get more tired in spite of drinking coffee.

2. Tonight's plans! Tonight should be awesome: jdixon and I (and some other folks) are going to see Stella at Fez. Stella is a comedy show hosted by three of the guys from MTV's The State (David Wain, Michael Showalter, and Michael "Johnny Bluejeans" Ian Black), and usually features really good comedians (including Janeane Garofalo, members of the UCB, the Sklar brothers, etc.) and some other State folks. Personally I'm hoping for a surprise appearance by Tom Lennon, although you never know with these things. We used to go to Stella all the friggin' time, back in the day... It's always a quality night out on the town, which I think I need, although I don't think I can afford. Whatever.

3. I am a computer gaming nerd! I was eagerly anticipating the new Return to Castle Wolfenstien game, but all the reviews seem to say that the single-player version is pretty weak. And as long as I'm stuck on a 56K modem, I ain't treading the waters of multiplayer. Speaking of gaming, I've been thinking about Baldur's Gate all morning, in spite of my filing insanity. Gotta put it off until after the gig, though.

  • (no subject)
